This Blastchiller from Cool Head range gives you a facility to cool food very quickly, this minimises bacterial growth in order to preserve food quality. Activation the chilling cycle causes the temperature at the core of the food to drop from +90 deg to +3 deg / +45 deg + 3deg in a maximum of 90 minutes as provided by the current standard for H.A.C.C.P. control. After chilling the food can be conserved at a temperature of +3 deg for a few days, after which it must be warmed in an oven and consumed. The units are built in stainless steel with a pressed interior to guarantee hygiene. Soft and Hard blast chilling cycle. Hard shock freezing.
